Following the extended lay-off due to the current pandemic, some of you may be feeling more than a little unfit. EAWF is here to help!
In addition to training sessions starting again next week, we have a few other ways you can easy yourself back in gently (we don’t want any pulled hamstrings or worse, after all!).
EAWF have teamed up with a few of our members and partners to offer either free or heavily discounted fitness and health training for all our members/partners and friends to get you back in shape.
These will include yoga sessions with Margaret to improve strength, balance and flexibility; osteopathy, sports massage and pilates with Tomas; and fitness and nutrition information/training with Mo.
