Just to let you all know well in advance, two dates in December should go in your diary now.
Following on from the inaugural EAWF Padel tournament last year we are having our second on the 10th September 2023, hosted again at Pedras del Raina.
Due to a technical cock-up, the URL of our Facebook page has changed. We can now be found at https://www.facebook.com/eastalgarvewf rather than the old address of https://www.facebook.com/walkingfootballalgarve. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Due to the age nature of the Friday group, we think it is sensible and the correct form of action in this excessive and forecasted heat to cancel all sessions from this Friday 30th June through July and August and restart on Friday 1st September. Please let others know.

I would like to thank East Algarve Walking Football who honoured me with the presentation of an award and commemorative shirt at the recent Christmas Dinner attended by over a hundred guests.
From small beginnings a year ago, when we had four participants, we are now attracting more players who cannot afford to take tumbles or knocks (which probably means Charlie will never be able to join us!)
