Sessions to start in Sao Bras
We are planning to start sessions in Sao Bras on Tuesday November 15th, from 9.30 to 11.30 am. Details of the venue will be announced when it is confirmed.
Stay safe on the way to Tavira sessions
A quick heads up for those who go to the Tavira sessions; apparently the level crossing by the Velha Nora roundabout just off the EN125 is closed until the 1st October for a total makeover. A number of cyclists/bikers have come off their machines due to the misalignment of the railway tracks. If you travel to WF in Tavira via this route please take extra care, or find an alternative route. Stay safe out there kids!
Vilamoura Tournament confirmed for October 6/7th 2016
The next tournament will be held at Brown’s resort in Vilamoura on October 6/7th 2016. Teams from Olhao and Tavira are already entered. More information when we get it.
Tavira session date change
Monday 15th August is a public holiday so The facilities at Tavira are close. We will therefore have a session on Tuesday 16th AUGUST 9.30am to 11.00am Back to normal from Monday 22nd August.

The next FootGolf Challenge at Colina Verde Golf & Sports Resort, Maragota (near Moncarapacho), will be on Wednesday 17th August at 2.30pm

After an absence of 3 months the FootGolf Challenge kicks off again on Wednesday 20th July at the Colina Verde Golf & Sports resort, Maragota (near Moncarapacho).

Albufeira Cup planned for March 2017
The Annual Albufeira Walking Football Cup will be held on March 20th 2017.
We will provide more information when we get it. The event in March 2016 was a resounding success, and we hope next year’s tournament will be even bigger and better. Check back here regularly, or go to our Facebook page, for the details nearer the time.
Olhao victorious in latest tournament
The Olhao A team were victorious in the recent international tournament held in Olhao on May 11th, 2016.
Six teams took part in the day-long tournament, featuring two teams from Olhao, two from Manchester City, and one each from Tavira and Vilamoura.
The weather was pretty atrocious, but that didn’t detract too much from the enjoyment as all teams played each other in a league format competition.
Olhao ran out winners with a 100% record, although Man City pushed them close with the deciding match being a closely fought 1-0 victory to the local side.
A celebratory dinner was held in the evening which was enjoyed by all
