Since the start of East Algarve Walking Football (EAWF) 10 years ago the price per session has always remained at €3.
Due to the very wet weather, today’s session in Tavira has been cancelled.
Please note there will be no Tuesday sessions in Tavira on either December 26th or January 2nd as the Sports Centre is closed for the holidays.
Due to the public holiday for Assumption Day, the facility at Tavira will be closed. Thus we have no session on Tuesday August 15th. All players are welcome at the Monday and Wednesday sessions in Olhão

From next week (September 6th and ongoing) the Tuesday session will revert back to the normal location at the pitch next to the Eduardo Mansinho Sports Hall. If you haven’t yet completed the Leoes and Camara forms can you please see Paul Johnson next week at the latest.
Due to the holiday season in Tavira, we may have to change venue for the Tuesday walking football session to the velodrome (Estádio Municipal de Tavira) at the bottom of the hill. Unfortunately we don’t know definitively until the day itself, but it is likely to be for the remainder of July and all of August. It does apply to tomorrow (July 12th).
Due to our participation in the Albufeira tournament next week, the walking football sessions on both Monday and Tuesday (25th and 26th April) have been cancelled.
Due to the large number of our members who have tested positive for COVID-19 over the past week (and considering quite a few people haven’t tested and may themselves be positive), we have decided to introduce a short break to try and limit any further spread at sessions to protect our members.
Because of this, it has been decided that Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday walking football sessions this coming week (7th, 8th, 9th and 11th of March) will be cancelled.
A decision about the running session on Thursday will be made at a later date and announced here.
Thanks you all for your understanding.
