Last week we had another visit from the Cirencester Walking Football team and they have very kindly donated €140 which they have asked us to put towards the cost of the defibrillator we are trying to obtain for our Tavira venue. Thanks guys and we look forward to you returning next year.

On Friday 5th April, Steve Johnson and Dave Clark collected various items of furniture and clothing donated by Steve Johnson, Jonathan Syed and Ian Humphries.
From Monday April 1st (yes, really!) East Algarve Walking Football sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays will move to the recently-laid synthetic main pitch at the Estadio Jose Arcanjo, home to SC Olhanense 1912, in Olhão.

Due to the holiday associated with the Carnival, the sports centre in Tavira will be closed on Tuesday February 13th. There will be no session on that date.

On Friday 15th December, East Algarve Walking Football (EAWF) and East Algarve Football Club (EAFC), represented by Andy Wilkins, and Tavira Second Chance (T2C), represented by Pam Flood, presented Lar de Altura with a mixture of everyday items, clothes and craft materials, as well as a donation, for all the residents.

For obvious reasons, the sessions in Olhão on Monday December 25th and January 1st will also be cancelled.
Please note there will be no Tuesday sessions in Tavira on either December 26th or January 2nd as the Sports Centre is closed for the holidays.
The time when past mistakes or misdeeds must be punished or paid for!
