Mini-Tournament versus Farense
On Sunday July 25th, EAWF fielded two teams in a friendly mini-tournament against our friends from Farense at the Campo Desportivo Montenegro.

Sorry everyone, but due to staff shortages at the Tavira venue, they have again changed our session times.
Tavira Sessions time changed slightly
Due to circumstances beyond our control (again!), the Tuesday and Thursday sessions in Tavira will now be from 8.30 pm to 10.00 pm (an hour earlier). This is for the month of July starting tomorrow, July 8th. We will keep you informed what will be happening from August…

A Fitting Tribute to Henrik
We celebrated Henrik’s life in style on Wednesday 23rd June.
Tavira session this Thursday moved to Olhão in the morning
Due to Tavira being closed again this Thursday, the session on Thursday June 24th for over 50s will be held in Olhão in the morning (9.30 am to 11.30 am). Sorry for messing you all about again.

Tavira back to Thursday evening
Thursday evening over 50s sessions will be held in Tavira again from this Thursday, 17th June, following the change for the last two weeks due to the holidays – 9.30 pm to 11 pm.
Henrik’s Memorial Day
As you all know, our good friend Henrik Misiorny sadly passed away recently. We have been advised by Janette, his wife, that his funeral will take place on Wednesday 23rd June in Sweden. On the same day we will be celebrating Henrik’s life here in Portugal with a Memorial Golf Day and lunch.
